Michaela Gasser named Future CEO of Adesso Switzerland

Adesso Switzerland announced the appointment of Michaela Gasser at the head of the company. It will succeed Hansjörg Süess on January 1, 2026, which will continue to sit on the chairmanship of the board of directors and will assume extended responsibilities at the international level.

This will continue to support Adesso Switzerland as president of the board of directors and will focus its efforts on the international growth of the group.

Holder of a master’s degree in corporate management from the University of Augsburg, Michaela Gasser joined Born Informatik in 2006, a company integrated in Adesso Switzerland in 2015. She held several positions of responsibility there, in particular that of Chief Sales Officer, before joining the Executive Committee in 2021. Since January 2025, she has exercised the Deputy CEO functions.

“After ten years at Adesso, it is a great honor and a mark of confidence on the part of the management to entrust me with this important function,” she told the writing of the Netzwoche in an interview. Michaela Gasser wishes to “bring a new momentum without giving up what has proven itself”.

Hansjörg Süess, for his part, will continue to be his role as a business are Lead for Central Europe and the Nordic countries. He considers Michaela Gasser as “the ideal person for this position”, highlighting his expertise and commitment.
