From the first days of the summer vacation, hundreds of thousands of travelers experienced a black scenario. A new strike by French air controllers has derailed departures at major airports in the country for two days. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGAC) had asked airlines to greatly reduce their programs in the face of this social movement: a quarter of the flights canceled in Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle, Orly and Beauvais, half in Nice, Bastia and Calvi and 30 % in Lyon, Marseille, Montpellier, Ajaccio and Figari on July 3.
