Ukraine fears that this meeting, scheduled for the time being without the participation of Volodymyr Zelensky, will lead to an agreement which would force her to give up parts of her territory to Russia.
“Russia refuses to stop the massacres and must therefore not receive rewards or advantages. And it’s not just a moral position, it’s a rational position, “said Volodymyr Zelensky on Facebook.
“The concessions do not persuade a killer,” he added.
