Three men in their twenties rest in critical condition after a triple armed assault that occurred in the Saint-Laurent borough in Montreal on Saturday evening.

The police of the Montreal City Police Service (SPVM) were called around 9:15 p.m. concerning three injured with a park in a park near the intersection on rue Jules-Poitras and Boulevard Deguire.

Upon their arrival on the scene, the authorities have located three victims with upper body injuries, said the SPVM, Caroline Chèvrefils.
The three people, two 19 -year -old men and another 22 -year -old man, were transported to a hospital center.

The victims are in critical condition, said Ms. Chèvrefils.
The circumstances surrounding this event are unknown and a security perimeter has been erected in order to allow investigators to better understand the causes of this triple armed aggression.

An investigation is underway and no suspect has been arrested in connection with this assault.
