Several services closed after the claim

During the night of Saturday 28 to Sunday 29 June 2025, a fire broke out at the inter -municipal hospital center Caux VallĂ©e de Seine, in Lillebonne. According to the departmental fire and rescue service (SDIS), An ambulance caught fire “At the level of the emergency company”. The firefighters intervened at 2:47 am.

“Thanks to the rapid intervention of the emergency services, the disaster could be under control,” reacts the hospital management in a publication on social networks, Sunday morning.

Three closed services

After this incident, several hospital services were closed. In this case, “the services of emergencies, imaging and maternity are currently closed to the population, ”explains management on social networks.

For their part, the firefighters say that the emergency service is “impacted and closed for several weeks”.

Fifteen victims identified

In total, fifteen victims are identified in this disaster. Nine people are “involved”, according to firefighters. Two were taken care of In “relative emergency” because of the fire and four others were also taken care of, but unrelated to the incident.
