Organized crime: the ex-pledged Serge Quesnel experienced a “psychotic episode” triggered by stress and its consumption of cannabis

The Départer Serge Quesnel, a former hitman of Hells Angels, had to spend the last three months in detention after having undergone a “psychotic episode” triggered, among other things, by his consumption of cannabis.

However, Quesnel has become a free man again after committing himself to no longer consuming a pot, a drug now legal and for which he has already held a medical prescription, has just decided the Canada’s parole commission in a decision obtained by our investigation office. He must also follow his new psychiatric treatments.

The 55 -year -old decisions, who admitted five murders committed between 1993 and 1995, now lived under a new identity in a secret secret region since he obtained his parole in 2015.
