This decision comes at a time when Ukraine faces an intensification of Russian air attacks.
The number of long-range drones launched by Russia thus experienced in June an increase of 36.8% over a month, according to an AFP analysis established on Tuesday, attacks putting the anti-aircraft defenses and an exhausted civilian population, and while the talks between kyiv and Moscow for a ceasefire are in the end.
