A 38-year-old motorist died of his injuries after a fight on June 27 at the entrance to the Duplex tunnel on the A86, in the Hauts-de-Seine. The 49-year-old suspect was placed in police custody on June 29, then referred before a judge on Tuesday at the Nanterre courthouse (Hauts-de-Seine), reports The Parisian.
The fight between the two motorists occurred at the Rueil-Malmaison toll barrier (Hauts-de-Seine). The victim, by car, arrived at the toll barrier before being blocked for an unknown reason. She then started a reverse step, but another car blocked her passage. The two men, alcoholic, would have argued before coming to hands. The victim would then have fallen and would have received heads.

Transported by the emergency services at the Beaujon de Clichy hospital, the thirty -something died of his injuries on June 29. As for the suspect, he was taken to Foch de Suresnes hospital for bruises, before being placed in police custody.
