The Federal Authority for the Surveillance of Foundations (ASF) has just ordered the formal dissolution of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, located in Geneva. The Federal Department of the Interior has confirmed this information to the RTS. This organization has aroused controversy for months.

For the ASF, this foundation no longer has to be because it no longer has a Swiss representative and address in Geneva and it did nothing to remedy it. The link with Switzerland is therefore definitely broken.
This controversial humanitarian aid organization had opened a branch in Geneva at the start of the year. Its purpose was to coordinate the food distribution in Gaza, without going through the UN. But its activities quickly sparked controversy, causing the departure of its Swiss administrator. The NGO Trial had filed two denunciations with the Swiss authorities to shed light on its activities.
