It is not surprising because our consumption methods evolve and turn more to the «healthy». For its part, the turnover of the fast food market is estimated at 36 billion euros in France for the year 2023, according to the French accounting firm Extencia. And despite the successive increases in consumer prices, fast food remains an economical option for consumers.
