The Brussels Criminal Court has just judged 16 people as part of a group of organized crime, involving a police officer in particular. People were involved in a criminal organization suspected of import, export, transport and sale of narcotics.

“Among the people involved is a police officer, sentenced to a four -year suspended sentence for corruption acts. The policeman was also sentenced to a ban on public employment for five years,” the Brussels prosecutor’s office said in a statement.

These are investigations of the Brussels-Ouest police zone which made it possible to raise the network thread via encrypted messages. Several individuals fomed a response to a shooting near the Hotspot Bonnevie, in Molenbeek. The network extended from Brazil, Colombia and Ecuador, and made drugs arrive in Antwerp to resell it in Brussels and Paris. Some drug deliveries were made by helicopter.
