By finishing fourth of the Championship Series, the Belgian team at 7 male won the right to compete in 2026 the Challenger Series, whose format is getting a facelift. In the new D3 of SVNS Series, the Belgians know their opponents and will in particular face Japan, Chile and the Samoa.
World Rugby is recalled to modify the course and distribution of nations in SVNS Series, which will include three divisions in 2026. The first brings together the top 6, which will play 6 tournaments. Six nations make up division 2, with 3 tournaments on the program: Uruguay, Kenya, the United States, Germany and the first two in Division 3.
A D3 in which Belgium is paid following its beautiful fourth place in Championship Series. The Belgians meet with 7 other nations and will compete in 1 tournament to try to finish in the Top 2 and win the climb in D2.
Belgium will battle Vec Italy, Canada, Madagascar, Japan, Hong Kong, Chile and Samoa.
The date and place of this D3 tournament are not yet known.
