The residents of Châteauguay as well as those of the other municipalities served by the Intermunicipal Régie of Aqueduct of the Châteauguay Valley, ie Mercier, Léry, Saint-Urbain-Prime, Sainte-Martine and Saint-Isidore (Small rank and Grande-Ligne sectors), no longer have to boil the water Before consuming it, With the exception of the following addresses :
- 72 at 96 rue McComber (Châteauguay)
- 19 to 27 rue Carignan (Châteauguay)
This exception is due to the work underway at the intersection of the McComber and Carignan streets.
In addition, work in progress on the aqueduct network in the sector of rue Scott, Between the Beauregard and Dubuc streets, lead to the implementation of a preventive boiling notice for the following addresses: From 342 to 378, rue Scott.

All Residents of Châteauguay and other municipalities served by the Intermunicipal Régie d’Aqueduc de la Vallée de Châteauguay, Namely Mercier, Léry, Saint-Urbain-Prémier, Sainte-Martine and Saint-Isidore (Petit Rang and Grande-Ligne Sector), no longer have to boil the water before consuming itexcept the following addresses :
- 72 to 96 rue McComber (Châteauguay)
- 19 to 27 rue Carignan (Châteauguay)
A boil-water advisory is in effect in this area due to work being carried out near rues McComber and Carignan.
In addition, ongoing work on the water distribution system in the Scott Street areabetween Beauregard and Dubuc Streets, has led to the issuance of a preventive boil water advisory for the following addresses: 342 to 378 Scott Street.
