Pierre Berrard had attacked his spouse for the past 24 years on February 3, 2022.

“In this case. a man saw fit to seriously injure his spouse in recent decades, the mother of his children, by sexual frustration, by disappointment and selfishness,” deplored the magistrate by condemning Pierre Berrard to six and a half years of penitentiary.

“We can only note how his reaction is disturbing. disproportionate and selfish,” concluded judge Lepage, denouncing “the relentlessness” of the violent spouse and the repetition of his blows at the head of the victim.
