In 2019, the State created the “France Services” label to allow all citizens to have access close to their home to public services. Open since mid-December 2024 in the old tax hotel, that of the Joinville basin has already demonstrated its usefulness.
By creating this structure, the community of communes of the Joinville basin in Champagne (CCBJC) wanted to expand its field of action as much as possible. Chloé, Charlotte and Fanny were recruited to provide support in administrative procedures with many partners but beyond. These are part of it: family allowances, retirement insurance, health insurance, energy check, public finances, France Labor, France Rénov ‘, La Poste, MSA, Point-Justice and URSSAF. A real one -stop shop, EFS of Joinville brings together in the former premises of the Tax Hotel, several public services (public finances, justice conciliators, CIDFF, prosecutor’s delegate, Delegate Defender of Rights, MSA and others to come).
These three advisers are mainly missioned to answer questions and orient the applicants (45 visitors per day) to the various partners according to their need. But also by helping them to learn the use of computer tools made available (creation of an email, printing or scan of documents necessary for the constitution of administrative files). And this, in a functional and friendly space. Note also that this service is completely free.

A real one -stop shop, the EFS of the Joinville basin will remain open during the holiday period. And this, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m.; Wednesday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and from 3 to 6.30 p.m.; Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. It is however advisable to make an appointment, either by telephone 03.25.55.64.36, or by sending an email to: [email protected].
