Following a work phase started in April 2024, France Drinks was finally able to settle in his new “pilot site” in Buchelaywhich borders the highway A13 in the Yvelines.
Ce New logistics site will allow France Boissons, a subsidiary of the Heineken group since 1987, to bring together its current locations of Rosny-sur-Seine and Gennevilliers. Located in the area of Bass In Buchelay, it is part of a strategy of modernization and optimization of the company’s logistics chain, while offering its teams a modern, functional and environmental work environment.

Designed by the A26-GL firm, the building is distinguished by its careful architecture and its quality of integration into the environment, thanks to a burned wooden cladding, mirror stainless steel elements and vegetated roofs.
On the environmental level, theLogistics set aims at a BREEAM label Excellent levelproof of an ambition eco -responsible. The building will host an installation photovoltaic on 100 % of his roof, and incorporates several virtuous devices such as the Water recovery Rain for sanitary facilities, durable materials, a mixed structure including wood, as well as a low carbon paving.
