A 38 -year -old man was arrested Monday morning in Quebec as part of a juvenile pornography investigation.
Around 6:35 am, the Quebec City Police Service (SPVQ) arrested Robby Luca at his residence, located in the Sainte-Foy sector.
Investigators in the SPVQ sexual and family crimes module, in collaboration with the survey team of the sexual exploitation of the Internet of the Sûreté du Québec, got hold of the suspect’s collar for agreement or arrangement in order to commit sexual offense with regard to a minor.

A search carried out at the latter also made it possible to enter computer equipment. He also faced counts of production, distribution and possession of juvenile pornography.
The man was detained following his arrest and he appeared at the Quebec courthouse in the afternoon on Monday. The public prosecutor opposed his release and the file was postponed to Thursday.
History
Robby Luca is not at his first troubles with justice in sexual matters. The individual had been sentenced to a global sentence of 34 months of detention for juvenile pornography and sexual contact on a young boy.
He is therefore already registered for life in the register of sex offenders.
