An open investigation for voluntary violence – Liberation

History mobilizes several deputies of rebellious France. Wednesday July 16, Carlos Martens Bilongo, Manon Aubry, Thomas Portes or Antoine Léaument brought their “Full support” in Aly, a 17 -year -old teenager, whom they report was “Passed to tobacco by police”, July 14, in Garges-lès-Gonesse, in Val-d’Oise.

On Facebook, from July 15 at midday, it was Bintou Saounera, the big sister of Aly, who made public a story, in which she explains: “Last night on July 14 my little brother Aly of 17 years old went outside for a commission around 10:30 p.m. While walking with his phone in his hand, he came across a national police vehicle which clearly intended to end him. Seeing him, they made a reverse and pronounced the following words: “We will fuck him.” Panic after hearing this phrase Aly began to run and finally stopped running. At that time they entered their vehicle away from cameras and there the nightmare begins for Aly, blows and trauma at all costs

She indicates that her brother was “Tobacco past several” And that he was then “Throwing in the middle of the forest in the middle of the night”. Bintou Saounera adds that the police said to Aly, leaving: “If you are asked, what happened to you?” You fell. “

Several videos and photos are also published by the young woman. Images shot in the street, at night, show the adolescent surrounded by his relatives, while the firefighters are about to intervene. Aly’s face carries the trace of blows. Its left -wing arcade is split and bleeds. Her lips are also injured in several places. While the firefighters approach the boy, a woman’s voice says: “Here we are in 2025, Aly who was shattered the figure for free. In this case, we take his identity we bring him back to the police station, we do not throw him into the street like that! ”

On July 16, still on his Facebook account, a new video is published. We see the young man’s mother, his sister and Aly himself. “We make this video to make a call for calm. We do not want the situation to be able to escape ”, explains his sister, who specifies that Aly will not speak because of the “Emotional shock he suffered”. And add: “We trust justice so that this situation can be clarified.”

Contacted by CheckNews, Aly’s big sister indicates that a complaint has been filed but does not wish to communicate more details to the media.
