Tried in November
At the end of his 48 -hour police custody, the author of the facts was referred this Wednesday for an appearance before the criminal court. He is prosecuted for public insults due to religion and public insults due to sexual orientation. His trial is set to November 6, 2025.
Pending its judgment, the prosecution required his placement under judicial supervisionincluding in particular an obligation to follow an internship of citizenship organized by the foundation of the Camp des Milles, as well as an obligation of work and regular score at the police station.
