The man accused of having attacked a woman with the stabbed on Monday in the Charlesbourg sector had appeared for harassment and death threats on the same alleged victim at the beginning of July. Ndah Claude Gervais Datté had been released under condition from the same day.

Datted, 40, is due to appear on Tuesday, notably on a chief at attempted murder. He also has to face accusations of break -in introduction, death threats for the event on Monday morning on Avenue Doucet.
Troubling, the individual was arrested on July 4 for criminal harassment and death threats to the same alleged victim, 38 years old. The facts that were accused of it would have occurred a few days before and would have occurred in a marital context.
After appearing, the suspect had been released under conditions. He was notably prohibited by the court from being less than 500 meters from rue Doucet, “or any other place where the complainant could remain”. Neither could he communicate with her or be in his presence.
Among the other conditions, Datté was to make an appointment with the Quebec dependence rehabilitation center (CRDQ) to undertake therapy “in connection with alcohol consumption and emotions management”.

Hidden in the trunk
Recall that the police were called upon to go to the Charlesbourg borough around 10:30 am Monday morning to respond to an assault report.
Witnesses said they saw a man violently attacking a woman in the parking of her accommodation, adjoining a house on Avenue Doucet.
The victim has undergone stabbing injuries, but the authorities are not afraid for his life.
Dated, he would have fled on foot in the moments following the attempt at alleged murder. Important resources have been mobilized by the authorities in order to regain its trace, in particular a dog handler.
The suspect was finally located by the police approximately two hours later, around 12:45 p.m., on Boulevard Sainte-Anne, in the Beauport sector.
The authorities arrested as he hid in the trunk of a car on the edge of the road.
“During the investigation, we have raised information that allowed us to establish that the suspect was on a vehicle. Once the car was immobilized, we could see that he was hiding in the trunk, “said SPVQ spokesperson Sandra Dion on Monday.

Neighbors told the newspaper to have heard the alleged victim howl of distress.
“We heard shouting:” Help! Help! ” And we saw her hit the woman all over her body while the children were right next to it. It was quite violent, ”said a man, who contacted the emergency services.
Other people in the sector have also said that they have heard din in recent weeks.
NDAH Claude Gervais Datté is due to appear on Tuesday before the Quebec courthouse.
