Attempted murder in Montreal: a 30 -year -old man injured in a park

A 30-year-old man was the victim of an attempted murder on Monday evening in a park in the Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Expension district in Montreal.

Agents of the Montreal City Police Service (SPVM) heard detonations from the Ovila-Légaré Park, located on Boulevard Pie-IX near the 47th rue.

When they arrived at the scene, they located the injured victim at the top and lower body by projectiles of firearm, said SPVM spokesperson Jean-Pierre Brabant.
