Newfoundland and Labrador wins its first gold medal at the Canada Games of which it is the Hostess province. Multisports athlete Gavin Baggs won the 1500 -meter wheelchair race on Tuesday.
The sportsman from Paradisein the suburbs of Saint-Jean, also won the first game medal for its province. Last week, he won the money at 400 meters free style in paranatation.
The 18 -year -old athlete is in his fourth participation in Canada Games.
