The rumor had started to swell after the broadcasting of freezing images of a live on Kick, cut abruptly while we saw Jean Pormanove Inerte. These images showed the streamer lying on a mattress, with a partially covered head, without responding to the calls of his comrades, specifies The Parisian. The gendarmes of the Nice research brigade have opened an investigation to determine the causes of the death, but at this stage, nothing suspicious was noted, according to the prosecution, which specifies that an autopsy will be practiced.

A myriad of videos shows that it suffered deprived of sleep, ingestion of toxic products or physical violence, sometimes in the form of “challenges”. In January 2025, two of his relatives, “Naruto” and “Safine”, had already been placed in police custody in a preliminary investigation for violence on vulnerable persons, following reports mediated by Mediapart.
