  • DPE: 1.1 million households leave the colander status : The new method of calculating the DPE has a significant impact, according to Energies tomorrow. The number of housing classified as thermal hole prohibited for rental by 2034 is reduced by 670,000, benefiting in particular to tenants (51 %) and households in energy precariousness (34 %).   • Social leasing: a new edition from September 30 : The government has announced the return of the social lease system for electric cars. The French active from the first five revenue deciles will be able to benefit from aid of up to € 7,000, for a monthly rent less than € 200. More info
