The Association Les rebounders Français announces a national partnership with France Réacés, a platform dedicated to business takeover. Together, they intend to take over a concrete lever of an entrepreneurial rebound.

An alliance to the service of entrepreneurs in the transitional phase

While the resumption of business is a strategic path to restore a momentum to an activity or relaunch a project, the French and France rebounders are unable to support entrepreneurs in these key moments of their journey. The approach aims to structure support for recovery, in particular in the event of difficulties, and to enhance this practice as an act of economic continuity.

A shared vision of the rebound

In this logic, the recovery is envisaged as a double rebound:

  • The transferor turns a page while ensuring the continuity of the company he has carried.
  • The buyer initiates a new entrepreneurial project from an existing structured.

The two organizations thus wish to highlight this dynamic and facilitate access throughout the territory.

Concrete actions planned

The partnership provides in particular:

  • Access to educational resources developed by France taken over for members of French rebounders.
  • A preferential rate to access the French Platform Recovered to identify companies to take over.
  • The organization of events such as webinaries to better anticipate and structure a recovery project.

An active Lyonnais anchor

Created in 2018, the association Les rebounders Français leads a community of entrepreneurs engaged around the culture of the rebound. Today it has six regional clubs, including one in Lyon, which brings together managers of the territory. This Rhône-Alpes club constitutes a local relay for initiatives conducted in connection with France Recovers.

A shared commitment to preserve know-how and jobs

According to Thomas Clamagirand, co -founder of France taken, this partnership makes it possible to meet expertise: “These entrepreneurs have this culture of the bounce essential to engage in a recovery. They also have the network and resources to relaunch a business. »»

Anne Baron, Director General of French Rebounders, underlines the societal impact of the approach: “A business resumption gives meaning to the rebound: it makes it possible to maintain activity, jobs, and the economic value of a territory. »»

Through this partnership, the two structures intend to combine their efforts to make the takeover a tool of local and national entrepreneurial impact.
