The man was indicted for association of criminals in order to commit a crime, instigation of a person to commit a sexual offense on a minor, but also for detention, fixation, registration and dissemination of child pornographic images, indicated the prosecutor of Orleans Emmanuelle Bochenek-Puren, confirming information from Franceinfo.
He was placed in pre -trial detention on June 23.
A Machiavellian Plan
The suspect planned to remove, rape and kill a little girl and be arrested before taking action, thanks to an investigator from the Office of Minors (OFMIN) infiltrated on pedocriminal forums from Dark Web.
According to Franceinfo, this fifties, already condemned several years ago to detention of child pornography images, shared photos of his young prey there and revealed her intentions to kidnap this girl at the end of the school, sequester her, violate her and then kill her and bury her on a land that belongs to him.
The radio also claims that the man lived a few hundred meters from her house and knew his family.
He was arrested by the Research and Intervention Brigade (BRI) at his home, where drugs, a rope, but also 100,000 photos and 2,000 child pornographic videos were found.
Among the files entered, several images represented this girl virtually undressed thanks to artificial intelligence and certain files were shared with several pedocriminals from around the world which wanted, for some, participate in the kidnapping, adds Franceinfo.
