The diamond brand has prepared a new presidential Renault Rafale for the parade of July 14, 2025. An elongated, armored and refined version.
This new Renault Rafale Presidential was used by Emmanuel Macron this morning, on the occasion of the traditional parade of the French national holiday.
A new new SUV for the President of the Republic
After having developed last year a Renault Rafale specially designed for the President of the French Republic, the French manufacturer has renewed the operation with the delivery this year of a brand new presidential Renault Rafale: an exclusive model designed, and based on the basis of a Rafale Hyper Hybrid E-Tech 4×4 of 300 horsepower. Emmanuel Macron’s new vehicle is dressed in a “Blue Presidency” dress, an exclusive painting containing blue, white and red glitter, which are revealed in full sun. There are also many distinctive elements, such as its grille in the colors of the tricolor flag, its removable tenderness holders, or its blue, white, red badges on the front doors.
In addition to the distinctive livery, this presidential burst was elongated and armoredwhile it has been equipped with composite materials that are both light and resistant. Its chassis has been specifically set to adapt to constraints, with in particular suitable suspensions to compensate for the additional weight due to the armor, developed by the specialist Centigon France. The 20 -inch “chicane” rims are equipped with tires of all Michelin seasons, associated with a 4 -wheeled system.
Renault Rafale presidential: a real mobile office
The rear doors have benefited from a “soft-class” assisted closing device, and allow access to a real mobile officedesigned to meet the requirements of the Presidency of the Republic during official trips. The interior has benefited from a tailor -made development, with neat thermal and acoustic comfort. There are refined materials like black marble veined white on the rear central console, the dashboard and the steering wheel; dark beech wood on the covering of the control plates of the rear seats; Alcantara on the exclusive rear central console; as well as a leather upholstery and alcantara with tricolor stitching, French coat of arms engraved with laser, and “RF” logos (French Republic).
THE official vehicles of the Presidency of the French Republic are particularly important in the history of the automobile: among these, the Renault brand has long occupied an important place. Between 1920 and 1928, Renault equipped the Élysée for the first time with a Renault 40 CV, used by Paul Deschanel, Alexandre Millerand and Gaston Doumergue.
Since then, no less than 12 presidents of the French Republic have chosen Renault models for their official trips.
