F1-Spa-Francorchamps circuit-Belgian Grand Prix

For this weekend, the Pirelli pneumatic equipment supplier had to choose the types of tires used by stables and drivers for single-seaters. This time, they decided to surprise us! While they had not tested this for three years, they opted for a range of non-consecutive tires: C4-C3-C1, from the most tender to the hardest. All this to bring unpredictability and push the teams to multiply stops or change their strategy. It works of course in the event that the track is dry. However, everyone will have intermediate rain tires (green) and super rain (blue) tires in the event of bad weather.

On the weather side, the forecasts promise to be changing and difficult all weekend and particularly Sunday when the rain should fall all day long. However, the track promises to be dry on Friday and Saturday. Temperatures will oscillate between only 20 and 23 degrees.

The challenges of the GP of Belgium

This meeting is the thirteenth round of the 2025 world championship. The Dutchman Max Verstappenquadruple reigning world champion, seems, for the first season for a long time, not being included as the big favorite. However, he has won two races since the start of the season. After the first twelve races played, it is estimated that McLaren has every chance of shining, especially with the Australian Oscar Plastri Who has already won five races for his third season in F1.

His British teammate Lando Norris Also has his playing cards and has three victories on the clock including the last in Silverstone. Only 8 points separate the two men in orange at the top of the championship, to the advantage of the first city. Red Bull, Mercedes or sometimes Ferrari try to upset the plans of Papaya But with more difficulties. They nevertheless compete for the podiums.

Behind we can observe that the Midfield is made up of the French team Alpine, Williams, Stake or Racing Bulls. Within the latter, we also find French rookie Isack Hadjarwhich regularly scores points. Many experienced pilots are still making their debut in new teams, such as Esteban Ocon At Haas, CARLOS SAINZ JR at Williams or the long -awaited Lewis Hamilton Avec La Scuderia Ferrari!

We therefore have three tricolors this year in the category since Pierre Gasly Still short for Alpine. Already all the teams have registered points and the rankings are constantly tight. One also wonders each year what will be of the transfer market, otherwise called the Silly Season ? When will it start? Max Verstappen Will he leave Red Bull for Mercedes? So many questions we look forward to getting new answers!
