At 10:30 p.m., lightning fell on the roof, triggering a fire that has ignited the entire floor. “My mother called me panicked last night. I live below, I came to help them. We did not sleep overnight,” said Nicolas, the son. His father had already left for Villefranche-de-Rouergue to meet the insurance.

Evening assessment: many material damage, including trees, and no human damage. According to Enedis, last night at the peak, 2,000 households were deprived of electricity. At 2 p.m., there were still 653 in particular in the Villefranchois sector. A return to normal is hoped by this evening and tomorrow during the day.
