In Spain, a teenager shared photos generated by the AI of his bare classmates

Spain has already known in the past cases of distribution of pornographic images of minors produced with AI. In response, the government of the socialist Pedro Sánchez agreed in March to criminalize the dissemination of false sexual videos generated without the consent of the people concerned by artificial intelligence.

This bill, which the government has described as a pioneer in Europe, must be voted by the Congress.
