Jubillar case: Justice decides to reopen the investigation to hear the ex-girlfriend of Cédric Jubillar

Two months before the opening of Cédric Jubillar’s trial before the Tarn Assize Court, scheduled for September 22, justice has just decided to open an additional information. The purpose of this legal framework is to hear the ex-partner of the accused so that she would specify the words that Cédric Jubillar would have had during several visiting prison in Toulouse-Seysses prison (Haute-Garonne).

In the editions of Parisien-today in France, dated July 10, that which we called Justine (a loan first name) had detailed what looked very much like very detailed confessions.

Delphine Jubillar, 33, disappeared without leaving a trace on December 15, 2020. Dr.

The gendarmes have until July 31 to submit their report

During several successive visiting rooms, Cédric Jubillar would have added details on the circumstances of his passage to the act and also gave clues to the place where he would have hidden the body of his wife. The 37 -year -old plating painter, in pre -trial detention since June 2021, would have mentioned an agricultural exploitation which he would have spotted a few weeks before the disappearance of Delphine.

It would be located about fifteen kilometers from the family home in Cagnac-les-Mines (Tarn), rather south. Relatively vague elements which could allow investigators, by overlaps, to locate one or more potential places.

The president of the Tarn Assize Court gives the gendarmes of the Toulouse research section until July 31 to hear Justine and give her a report.
