The Federal Court rejected the appeal of a Jura farmer sentenced to a series of offenses. Moreover, including threats to a municipal councilor and several environmental attacks. However, The Court of Criminal Law confirmed the decision of the Jura Cantonal Court which had sentenced him to a financial sentence of 180 days jura: farmer attacks elected official amended to 30 francs. The federal judges rejected the arguments of the appellant. believing that his argument consisted “to a large extent in a free appreciation of the evidence without demonstrating arbitrariness on the part of the previous bodies”. The legal costs of 1,200 francs were charged to the appellant.
