Saturday, August 30, the Amicale Cycliste Pouzilhac organizes his traditional hike cyclotourist La Pouzilhacoise, with a 100 km route across the Gard.
The meeting is given in the Oustaou room, Chemin des Arbousiers, for a new edition organized by the Association. This year, a route is offered: a “Tour de France Gardois” 104 km for 1,000 meters of elevation, reserved for the most experienced. For cyclists wishing a more accessible circuit, a 75 km with 750 m of D + is also planned. “By bike, everything is more beautiful”recalls Christian Pesenti, president of the club, still faithful to the handlebars. Registrations will be made on site, between 7 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. The departure is free in this niche. A morning snack will be offered before departure. Halfway through, a refueling with pointing awaits the cyclists, and on arrival, a pot of friendship will be served to them. For those who want to extend conviviality, a party skewer is offered for € 10. A raffle with € 200 lots is also planned.
