Large traffic jams to be expected, here are all the axes to avoid

Departures will spread between the start of the morning and until the night of Friday to Saturday. The North-South transit to reach the A10 and the A6 will also encounter many traffic difficulties.

Orange for feedback

In the direction of returns, it is the south-eastern quarter which is in orange, mainly on motorways, A9, A7, A75 and for access to the Mont-Blanc tunnel. The rest of France is green.

“Extremely difficult” conditions this Saturday

Please note this Saturday, Bison Futé sees black in the direction of departures. And this, all over France. Trips should be particularly difficult on the main axes of France, From the start of the morning until early evening.

“Very important traffic is expected towards the Atlantic coast (A10, A63, A11), the Mediterranean coast (A7, A9, A61) and for the crossing of the Massif Central (A75, A20)”, according to these traffic forecasts.

In Île-de-France, traffic will remain dense overnight on part of the motorway network. Traffic difficulties should still increase in the early mornings of the morning on the A10 and A6 motorways as well as on the axes which converge there and in particular the A86 and the A6B.

In the direction of returns, almost all hexagon is in orange, apart from the Mediterranean coast which is in red. The axes at the start of it will therefore be very requested like the A9, A7, A75 motorways. “To a lesser extent, congestion is planned at the start of the Atlantic coast (A10, A63, RN165),” adds the government organization.

In Île-de-France, returns will be recorded between the middle of the afternoon and the start of the evening (mainly on the A10 motorway) which can cause some occasional traffic difficulties.

Still orange this Sunday

Yes, traffic jams persist until the beginning of next week. The south-east quarter is in red in the direction of departures.
