Mario Kart World, the Peta wants the deletion of the Cow ring

Interville will once again go back in his grave, since it’s gone for a new war … And this time, it’s between PETA and Nintendo. The Animal Defense Organization launched an offensive against COW design. You know, the new playable character of Mario Kart World. Their claim is simple. He wants to remove the nasal ring she wears.

According to Peta, this ring is a symbol of animal cruelty in the meat and dairy products industry. Indeed, it is designed to control and use cattle. It causes pain and discomfort when pierced in the sensitive septum of the animal, or used to attach a chain during brutal manipulation. Their petition is directly addressed to the president of Nintendo. Here is how it is formulated: « Leave the rings to Sonic, and let Cow breathe free ! ». (Leave the rings to Sonic and let the cow breathe freely)

As these lines are written, the red gaming giant Nintendo did not officially respond to the request. In the meantime, you can read or reread Our Mario Kart World test.
