Mark Carney in the Historic Acadian village

The head of government did not give an interview to the media during his flash visit to the tourist site which lasted less than an hour.

Federal deputy Serge Cormier said his pride to receive him here in the Historic Acadian village.

The Prime Minister has set sail for Prince Edward Island for the next stage of his visit to the Atlantic.

He notably promised the island that he was going to reduce the passing prices for the Confederation Bridge (new window) and travelers.
