MLB: Max Scherzer shines, the Blue Jays attack finds its feathers

Discreet the day before, the attack by Blue Jays de Toronto resumed life on Tuesday evening, despite the absence of Vladimir Guerrero fils, in a 7-3 victory against the Pittsburgh Pirates.

George Springer and Alejandro Kirk were at the heart of Blue Jays’ offensive successes by hitting the long ball, while Kirk struck a safe productive blow to finish his match with three product points.

The Blue Jays scored five points in the first two rounds to quickly take control of the meeting.

Leaving Blue Jays, Max Scherzer, was once again brilliant in the mound with quality departure to possibly sign the 220th victory of his career. Scherzer limited the pirates to four strokes and one point in six lanches launched, in addition to withdraw four strikers on sockets.

Scherzer has been successful since the beginning of August and he only conceded five points in four starts (25 rounds launched).

Tuesday evening, Scherzer often showed a lot of emotion during the victory of the Blue Jays, whether during a withdrawal on sockets or after a superb catch by plunging from Myles Straw to the Center field, in the sixth round.

The Jays will find the pirates in the early afternoon on Wednesday. They will try to win a third series in a row.
