An octogenarian lost his life after a violent frontal collision on boulevard Saint-Anne, near the intersection with rue Paré in Château-Richer, near Quebec.
The accident involving three vehicles occurred around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning. When the first responders arrived, the lady aged 81 was unconscious and stuck in her vehicle. She was transported to a hospital center, where she succumbed to her injuries. The driver of a second vehicle was also taken to a care center.
According to initial information, the first vehicle has deviated from its trajectory to collide with the second who came in the opposite direction

Two people, including one in critical condition, were transported to hospital.

The driver of the 3rd vehicle was not injured.
Investigators of the SQ went there in the morning to shed light on the circumstances of this accident. Two lanes on three on boulevard Saint-Anne in the west direction are closed to traffic for an indefinite period.
