Nebag gives off a small profit in the first half

After a loss of 1.81 million a year ago, the participation company obtained a positive result of 260,000 francs.

The Participation Company Nebag completed its first half with a small profit of 0.26 million francs, against a loss of 1.81 million a year earlier at the same time, she said on Wednesday evening.

At the beginning of July, Nebag had indicated to wait for a half -yearly profit of 0.35 million. Total performance amounts to 0.42%. Taking into account the comparison markets (SMI: +2.6%, Spiex: +9.7%), the board of directors considers the half -yearly as “satisfactory”.

The net inventory value (VNI) was 6.77 francs per share at the end of June, against 7.03 francs at the end of 2024.

The customs taxes inflicted on April 2 by American president Donald Trump did not have a massive effect for the company. The environment has remained neutral, in particular because the world of placement Nebag is little concerned by international eddies, even if certain supplies of supplies have felt the restraint of large international companies in terms of investments. In the second half, the volatility of the financial markets should persist.

About the prospects for merging with a partner, the board of directors has led many discussions in recent months, but there has been no advantage for the shareholders of the company, according to the president of the supervisory body Martin Wipfli. The search for a good merger partner continues.
