OnePlus Pad Lite, a new family tablet at a low price that goes to the essentials

OnePlus distinguished itself in 2025 on the segment of touch tablets with its pad 3, with high -end positioning. The brand uses today a much more affordable model to extend its catalog, and opens up pre -orders for its Pad Lite. A family model accessible today at less than € 200.

The tablet naturally offers modest characteristics, but no less interesting, especially at the software level. From a material point of view, we are dealing with a slate whose 11 -inch LCD screen (1920 x 1200 pixels) promises a brightness of 500 CD/m², and housed in a 166.46 x 254.91 x 7.39 mm housing for 530 grams. The tablet is powered by a Helio G100 chip signed Mediatek, and is available in WiFi and LTE versions; In this first case, the chipset is flanked by 6 GB of RAM, and in the second, it has 8 GB. On the storage side, the PAD Lite benefits from 128 GB of internal space. With its small screen, its chip engraved in 6 Nm promising low energy consumption and its battery of 9,430 mAh, the device promises comfortable autonomy. Its charge, without being disproportionately, reached 33 W thanks to its compatibility with Supervooc technology.

A redesigned children’s mode

Like the other products recently formalized by OnePlus – the North 5 or North CE5 Smartphones side, the PAD Lite runs on Android 15 associated with the Oxygenos 15 interface. Despite its low price, it is therefore entitled to interesting options, including a children’s mode developed by it, to better meet parents’ requirements. The Open Canvas function is dedicated to the display of two simultaneous windows on the device, while the screen duplication allows you to drag and drop between the PAD Lite and a OnePlus smartphone, provided they are connected to the same WiFi network. Finally, an iPhone holders can call on the wireless sharing function developed by OnePlus and Oppo to send content between their tablet and an Apple smartphone.

OnePlus announces the launch of its PAD Lite at the price of € 229 in WiFi version and € 259 in WiFi/LTE, pre -order on the manufacturer’s website. It will be dispatched from August 14.
