Work in the Louis-Hyppolite-La Fontaine tunnel will force the night closure of Highway 25 in the two directions during the weekend.
The Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility notably provides for the construction of a safety slide and the installation of vehicle detection cameras outside the template.
“Night closures are also scheduled during the week, on route 132 for the repair of the median slide,” said the Ministry of Transport.
Thus, motorway 25 towards the South Shore will be closed between exit 5 and Avenue Souligre, from Friday 11 p.m. to Saturday 8 a.m., the tunnel to remain open.
On the other hand, the following night, from Saturday 11 p.m. to Sunday 9 a.m., the A-25 closure in southern direction will include the La Fontaine tunnel.
In the direction of Montreal, Highway 25 is affected by a complete closure between exit 90 and entrance from Hochelaga Street, during the same period.
For its part, Route 132 will see its left lane closed in the direction is between Boulevard Roland-therien and the highway 20, from Monday 9 p.m. to Tuesday 5 a.m. and from Friday 9 p.m. to Saturday 8 a.m.
