The big fireworks of August 15 is a tradition in Royan. The city devotes more than 100,000 euros each year for thirty minutes of show. It expects a record crowd linked to the cancellation of fireworks in several municipalities in Charente-Maritime.

Faced with them, many mortars are positioned: each device is wedged to the nearest millimeter. All its products are to be manipulated with care. “”We send explosives to the air, despite everything. Royan is preparing for his big fireworks of August 15 for four days. On the beach, the gantry has replaced the towels. The technicians had to deal with the constraints of the site. “”Three large main platforms, each of 100 m², were installed. Many precautions have been taken by the different technical teams that provide the show.
