In the wake of the launch of its latest folding smartphones, Samsung reveals its plans for the end of 2025.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 now marketed, the South Korean giant focuses on the end of the year. And if we have been surprised that the brand does not present its mixed reality headset and its new folding three -part smartphone during its last conference, we now know that these products are expected by the end of 2025.

An agenda loaded for the end of the year
Samsung published its (excellent) financial results for the last quarter at the end of last week. The opportunity to motivate its shareholders to continue their investments in the biggest smartphones seller in the world, and to bait them with a major promise: the release, in the coming months, of a folding smartphone in three components.
A type of product already seen at Huawei a few months ago, which is presented as the next evolution of folding smartphones – which appeared in 2019 for the first time. A market on which Samsung is considered to be leaderand to which the release of a new typology of devices could give new momentum.
One will be a priori Called Samsung Galaxy Trifold should, according to Samsung’s words during his call to shareholders, go out by the end of 2025. Samsung invests mixed reality

A product that is detonated, while the market seems to have since largely refocused on connected glasses, and boosted with artificial intelligence, rather than on these kinds of sedentary and bulky devices. A first step, no doubt, before Samsung is also interested in these new devices that Meta likes to present as “the next smartphones”.
Moreover, Samsung obviously intends to continue its investments in AI. And, the brand would be wrong to deprive itself: it was the first to deeply integrate artificial intelligence into its products with Galaxy AI within the Galaxy S24, in January of last year.
Always about smartphones, Samsung also announces that the Galaxy S25 Fe, the “affordable” version of its last flagship, should come out “earlier” than usual. Suffice to say that it should not be long: the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE had been marketed at the end of September 2024.
