The 22 -year -old had to answer for a serious offense and a violation of the drug law, extortion and blackmail, attempted extortion simple and aggravated, complicity in attempted extortion aggravated and constraints. Prosecutor Olivier Elsig requested 4 years prison and an expulsion from the Swiss territory of seven years. A lawyer for the defendant, Jean-Luc Addor pleaded for a partial stay, without expulsion.
The accused’s haschich traffic and an alleged co -author, deemed later, focused on the sale of at least 540 kg of cannabis resin for a profit of 540,000 francs, according to the indictment.
The Maghreb admitted traffic for thirty months and not three years, as well as having sold 250 kg of haschich. He refused to recognize his involvement in various acts of threat.
