Arrested and placed in police custody, he was referred in the evening of Sunday and indicted for violence by person in a state of intoxication on the young woman, attempted murder on one of the uncles, 34, and violence with weapons in a state of intoxication, on the second uncle, aged 41.

The latter was also referred for acts of violence in a meeting, against the main accused. The Pontacquais was placed in pre -trial detention.
