The facts, which we revealed on Saturday, intervened on the sidelines of the Holidays of Saint-Laurent, in Pontacq, on the night of Friday to Saturday. It is nearly 4 a.m. when a brawl broke out on the outskirts of the bridge that spans the Ousse stream, rue du Maréchal Foch. Two men are injured in a stabbing.
The circumstances of this fight, which came well after the ball closure, were specified this Monday by the Pau prosecution. A first altercation opposed the suspect, a 28 -year -old Pontacquais, with a group of young women. Alcoholized and described as “aggressive”, he would have taken up a 16 -year -old teenager for reasons that remain vague, and would have slapped her.

He would have calmed down a bit later, saying that he wanted to assume his responsibilities by even giving his name. But in the meantime, the young woman alerted two of her uncles who came to battle with the Pontacquais. This is where the fight broke out and the suspect makes use of a small knife.
Arrested and placed in police custody, he was referred in the evening of Sunday and indicted for violence by person in a state of intoxication on the young woman, attempted murder on one of the uncles, 34, and violence with weapons in a state of intoxication, on the second uncle, aged 41.
The latter was also referred for acts of violence in a meeting, against the main accused. The Pontacquais was placed in pre -trial detention.
