The group presents a new logo, aligned with the founding principles of Bitcoin and the long -term vision of capital B. The new trade name Capital B will gradually replace the old on financial platforms. The group also announces a new website with a new design and new features, including a Data analysis dashboard of the Bitcoin Treasury Company strategy of Capital B. Finally, the company announces that it is engaged in a process of creating a subsidiary in Abu Dhabi to support the development of the Bitcoin Treasury Company strategy. Bitcoin Treasury Company of the company, focused on the increase in the number of bitcoin per action on a completely diluted basis over time.
Brand change: The Blockchain Group becomes capital B
The company announces today that it now communicates under the name of capital B, marking a new step in its evolution as the first Bitcoin Treasury Company in Europe.
This name change has reflected the company’s ambition since the adoption of its Bitcoin Treasury Company strategy on November 5, 2024, aimed at increasing the number of bitcoin per share on a completely diluted basis over time.
The group specifies that this new trade name will gradually replace the old on financial platforms and will be reflected in the future by a change in its mnemonic code (“Ticker”) on Euronext, as well as in the United States when confirmation of the rating on the OTCID market is effective, and which will be the subject of a dedicated press release if necessary.
