Following the public prosecutor’s conclusions very largely, he sentenced him to a sentence of twelve years in prison. He also pronounced a life ban on him to exercise any activity, professional or not, likely to put him in touch with vulnerable people, ”explains Freedom.
Already convicted of similar facts in 2016, the man was found guilty of having attacked these 12 women from 2007 to 2022. He targeted vulnerable people, making them believe that they suffered from sometimes serious imaginary diseases, as cancers. He explained to them that the sexual acts he recommended were exclusively therapeutic, to, according to him, unlock a back, a neck or a belly.
Compensation
“The fifties […] will also have to be an end to sexological therapy behind bars. The judges have also largely admitted requests for compensation for moral wrong formulated by the complainants, ”continues the Friborg daily.
