The longest slide in Canada has just opened in the Laurentians

The Cimes Trail is already a must of the Laurentians. Open since the summer of 2022 and located in Mont-Blanc, it consists of a wooden gateway at the height of the trees, a 12-storey panoramic tower and a net suspended 40 meters from the ground.

Dotted with educational stations, he offers a ride of about 3 km round trip and magnificent views of the mountainous landscapes, with a 360-degree view once at the top of the tower. It is accessible to everyone, including visitors in a stroller or in a wheelchair, since its inclination is only 6 %.

The Cimes Trail recently added a new activity with a slide, the longest in Canada, nothing less!

It is not just for children. With its 53 meters of spiral descent and its platform perched at more than six floors, it promises a good dose of adrenaline … and above all, a lot of pleasure.

This slide is accessible with a valid ticket from the Cimes Sentier (day laborer or annual card). Small precision: it only works when the weather permits. The price? $ 2.90 per descent.
