The Vivo X300 is expected to be launched during the year with a 200 megapixel camera

Digital Chat Station spoke on the state of Vivo X300, after having disclosed details on his professional brother about a week ago. This time, the Leaker focused on the specifications of the camera of the X300, which should deviate from those of the existing device, the X200 in certain areas.

On the one hand, Vivo would have replaced the camera with 50 MP and 1/1.56 inch of the X200. Apparently, the company opted for a new 200 Mp sensor with an optical format of 1/1.4 inch. In other words, the X300 will not rely on the Isocell HP2 that Samsung uses in the Galaxy Z Fold7, Galaxy S25 Ultra and Galaxy S25 Edge (currently $ 949.99 on Amazon) among other devices. Although the exact details of this new 200 MP sensor are unknown for the moment, Digital Cat Station thinks that the X300 will use its high number of pixels to provide 35 mm and 50 mm zoom modes in the sensor.

On the other hand, this main camera will be joined by a new 1/2 inch camera and a 3X telephoto lens, which would be a slightly smaller sensor than the one found on the X200. Other improvements, let us quote the adoption of a Mediatek Dimensity 9500 chip sensor which should make improvements in terms of efficiency, performance and processing of image signals compared to the Dimensity 9400 chipset used in the X200.
