A pack of ham in slices, sold at Carrefour, is the subject of a recall everywhere in France because of a recipe error which can lead to a default.
Please note, be particularly vigilant and check your fridge well. The CONSO CONSO CONSO SITE reported this Wednesday, July 23, the recall of ham slices from the BIO BIO brand and sold at Carrefour everywhere in France.
In question, the “highlighting of a recipe error which can lead to a default with the main risk of the development of clostridium perfringens”, it is indicated.
The toxins produced by these bacteria “can cause, within 24 hours of consumption of the contaminated food, gastrointestinal symptoms (diarrhea, stomach aches, nausea, vomiting), rarely accompanied by fever”, details consumption.
Young children and the elderly should be particularly attentive to these symptoms because they can be more seriously affected.

It is a superior cooked ham from the Bio Carrefour brand, packaged in a tray of three slices for a total weight of 180 grams.
It was marketed between July 11 and 22, 2025 in all Carrefour stores in all of France.
